I started using this on my elbow and shoulder at night because the aches used to keep me from sleeping. So far Relax has been working and they don't ache so much. The spouse also says it helps her neck and back after long work days.

I've tested a bunch of CBD products recently and still can't find any that are superior to Relax in terms of bioavailability, price to dosage ratio, and effect duration. This and AET-50 at 2-4mL each (I alternate them) have really helped with my sleep, muscle recovery, and stress (I have a stress disorder so I'm very picky about my supplements), I think mainly because of how their transdermal carrier works. I have both on subscription so every month can be BOGO! 😎

I have been using this product for around 2 weeks now. My wife also has been rubbing it on her back. We both agree it helps with joint paint, tight muscles and inflammation. We also seem to sleep much better since we have been applying it.
