Suggested Use
Apply to clean dry skin. Suggested amount per application is 5 pumps (1mL). If desired, multiple application can be made throughout the day. Moisturize skin between applications to avoid dry skin. Ideal application sites including cheat, clavicle, shoulders and upper arms.

I can tell a massive difference in pain and inflammation levels when I use this product. If I forget to put it on in the morning my workouts are much more difficult due to joint pain. I also had a foot problem that was extremely painful and NSAIDs barely helped, but this product really worked. It seems to have helped it heal too, and I don't have that problem anymore.
I have recommended it to a few family and friends, and they have been really impressed too. Pain is one of those things where you don't have to guess if it is working, or measure something: It either works or it doesn't!

Hurt my left knee decades ago and ever since, I've had lower back pain. Not constant, but more so that you know there's pain, akin to a deep bruise. Acupuncture helped but that didn't last and was pricey. Ever since using Helios 100, the pain is almost all but gone. It's still there, usually in the morning, but that's from sleeping all over the place and is gone once I move out and about. Great product I plan to use as long as it keeps working.

I've been buying Helios off and on since it's release. Last night my shoulders literally awakened me and the first thing I did was grab it off my nightstand and rub some on. My spouse mixed it with another topical OTC post surgery days for her neck for a month and it relieved pain.
