Well after 2 weeks , I can see that it works , for neuropathy , I wake up not sure from my shoulders anymore and just about to test on my blood sugar.
So far so good, isalraedy a stapple for me and planning, to.use it year round , taking a break here , and there.

As of this writing, I received the product yesterday and used it right away, with a dosage of 5 pumps. I was eager to try this out, mainly for the nutrient partitioning effects of NaRALA and how it'd handle inflammation. I've been experiencing back pumps from another supplement and taurine wasn't helping. Today, the day after my first usage, it took me sometime to realize I didn't have the back pumps anymore. Almost all gone. The right side was suffering the most but even the left side of my back, which is troubled from a bad knee, is not feeling those ill effects. I had to write this review due to my astonishment with helping me relive my pain. We'll see how effective it is on the nutrient side, but that will take some time. Great product so far!
